What do the numbers mean after the document names?
The numbers shown in brackets after each document is a unique reference number for every document we hold. It doesn't relate to a date and we use it to make sure we can track all the documents we have and easily find a specific document.
Why is there more than one address shown?
At different stages of a case's lifecycle different addresses can be associated with the case, this is particularly noticeable where an application might be for a whole new development where at the start of the process an official address doesn't exist, but as the case progresses a new address is created. In some very rural areas, there may not be a precise address to use (e.g. land behind the barn at Hill Farm).
